  • Cloud Service Data: If you order INC Cloud services (VPS, object storage, or managed Postgres), we collect the plan and configuration you request (region, specs, custom workload descriptions), the order's approval status and history, and the connection details (endpoints, bucket names, access keys) generated once a resource is provisioned.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send promotional communications (with your consent)
  • Respond to your inquiries and customer support requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities for security and improvement

These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We do not currently use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

8. Cloud Infrastructure and Data Hosting

Our platform — including your account data and any INC Cloud resources you order — runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves on AWS in the af-south-1 region (Cape Town, South Africa), not on a third-party backend-as-a-service provider.

  • Every INC Cloud order is reviewed by an INCPRITECH team member before it is provisioned — as part of that review, authorized staff can see the order details you submitted.
  • Connection details and access keys generated when a cloud resource is provisioned are visible to you in your dashboard and to INCPRITECH staff supporting your account. Treat them as sensitive — if you believe one has been exposed, contact us so we can help you rotate it.
  • We do not currently offer automated backups of data you store inside a provisioned VPS, storage bucket, or database — see the Terms of Service for details on your responsibility for your own data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information.
