About INCPRITECH

We Build the Software
Africa Deserves

INCPRITECH was founded in Mbeya with a single conviction: East Africa's technology ecosystem needs an infrastructure and engineering partner that truly understands local constraints while meeting global standards.

Today, we are a multidisciplinary team building cloud infrastructure, custom software, technology hardware, and technical education — connected into one ecosystem rather than treated as separate businesses.

Mission

Build accessible, connected, and locally relevant technology infrastructure for African developers, businesses, institutions, and communities.

Vision

An Africa where builders can access the infrastructure, tools, knowledge, and technology required to create globally competitive solutions.

01

Built in Tanzania

Founded in Mbeya, with an engineering-first approach to problems we saw firsthand.

02

Serving locally

Started by solving real problems for local businesses, students, and institutions.

03

Building infrastructure

Investing in reusable platform infrastructure other builders can stand on, not just one-off projects.

04

Expanding across the region

Growing the ecosystem — Platform, Solutions, Market, Scholar, and Labs — across East Africa and beyond.

Software engineer, creative technologist, entrepreneur, and problem-solver from Tanzania. What drives me most is the belief that technology should do more than look impressive — it should solve real problems, create opportunities, and improve everyday life.

Build locally. Think globally. Keep learning. Solve real problems. Create things that matter.

I'm passionate about software engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, UI/UX, multimedia, automation, and digital product development. I enjoy working across disciplines because I don't want to understand only one layer of technology — I want to understand how an idea moves from a simple thought to a beautifully designed product, a scalable technical system, and eventually a sustainable business.

My curiosity often starts with a simple question: “What if we built this ourselves — and built it for the realities of Africa?”

I'm particularly passionate about building technology for Tanzania and Africa — systems that understand our businesses, universities, students, payment environments, infrastructure limitations, and communities. My ambition extends beyond developing individual applications. I want to help build the digital infrastructure and technology ecosystems upon which other African innovators can build.

Through INCPRITECH, I'm exploring a much larger vision: bringing software development, cloud infrastructure, payments, communication services, hosting, collaboration tools, developer platforms, digital marketplaces, AI, education, and other essential technologies into connected ecosystems designed around African needs.

I'm also deeply interested in entrepreneurship. I constantly explore how technology can transform industries including education, food services, logistics, commerce, healthcare, finance, communication, and community development. Projects such as RESTFO, Percelio, Viora, and other platforms I develop are different expressions of the same philosophy: identify a real problem, understand the people experiencing it, and engineer something genuinely useful.

But I'm not only an engineer. I have a strong creative side rooted in UI/UX design, photography, multimedia production, branding, animation, and visual storytelling. I care about how technology feels as much as how it functions — a technically powerful product with a confusing experience is unfinished in my eyes. I strive to combine engineering precision with thoughtful, clean, human-centered design.

I'm fascinated by the entire process of creation — from sketching an idea, designing interfaces and databases, writing code and APIs, integrating AI, deploying infrastructure, analysing data, building a brand, and eventually watching real people use what was once only an idea.

Outside pure technology, I enjoy photography, gaming, motorcycles, sports, adventure, and experimenting with new ideas. That curiosity carries into my professional life: I like understanding how things work, questioning how they could work better, and then trying to build the improvement.

I'm still early in my journey, and I see that as an advantage. There is an enormous amount left for me to learn, build, fail at, improve, and eventually master.

My long-term ambition is bigger than becoming a successful developer. I want to become a builder of systems, companies, infrastructure, and opportunities. I want to contribute to an African technology ecosystem where talented young people don't have to remain only consumers of technologies created elsewhere — they can become the people who design them, engineer them, own them, and export them to the world.

Technology isn't simply a career — it's the medium through which I intend to build my future, and contribute to a better one for others.

Our Values

What Drives Us

Craft Over Speed

We never cut corners. Every line of code is written with longevity and maintainability in mind.

Local Context

We build for real African infrastructure constraints — low bandwidth, mobile money, and diverse device ecosystems.

Knowledge Sharing

What we learn, we teach. INC Scholar and our engineering writing exist to raise the bar for the entire ecosystem.

Long-term Thinking

We partner, not vendor. Our goal is to build systems our clients maintain and evolve for years, not months.
